Smaller prints (30 x 40cm) are packaged flat in an acid free archival sleeve within a protective bubble-wrap envelope with additional cardboard backing.
Larger format prints are wrapped in acid free tissue paper, rolled and packaged between two cardboard tubes.
If you order several prints, they will all be packaged together. If your order includes both smaller and larger format prints, they will all be rolled together.
Please make sure that you keep the packaging in case you need to return the print.
If you are not totally happy with your Sjoukje Bierma giclée print, you may return it (in its original condition) for a full refund, providing that you notify us, by e-mail, within 3 days of receipt. We will provide you with a customer returns number and returns form which will be used to process your refund.
Delivery costs will be refunded when the return is due to an error on our part or because a print has been damaged in transit.
The print should be returned, in its original condition and original packaging, using a recorded delivery method (one that requires a signature on receipt) to:

Please note that prints which have been damaged (with fingerprints, smudges, etc.) during your handling of them can not be refunded, so do read and follow the Handling and Framing guidelines before you unpack your print.
